Arcus Printers (High Point, NC), a division of Axiom America, has introduced the Monarch FB1218 UV Flatbed Printer System with Rotary Attachment, a compact printing system designed for reliable UV printing across a range of applications, according to a press release.

The Monarch FB1218 prints directly onto rigid substrates and flexible media, and also supports vision scanning for template-free printing and UV DTF production with optional accessories. Aimed at businesses seeking to expand their printing capabilities without giving up workspace, the system combines a heavy-duty frame with configurable options, delivering production speeds of up to 13.4 sq. ft./hr. and can print directly onto objects up to 3.5 in. high.

The Monarch FB1218 features an 11.8-inch by 18.7-inch printing area, an Epson I3200 A1 HD 8-channel print head, and support for rigid and flexible media. The printer’s dimensions of 35.6 inches long by 25.2 inches wide by 26.3 inches high allow it to fit through a standard door. Other key features include

Six-color ink configuration Supports CMYK, white, and varnish for color reproduction and specialty finishes.

Software and support Includes ArcusLink machine control software for remote diagnostics and service, along with training and customer support.
